To the extent possible, adopt a whole-food, plant-based diet. Discover juicing.

Eliminate these from your diet for a minimum of 3 weeks:

  • all “Fast” food
  • processed foods
  • refined sugar and flour and sugared products like colas
  • meat
  • dairy
  • eggs
  • grains
  • most items in the inner isles of your grocery store

If you then choose to reintroduce any of these, make sure they are organic, non-GMO, and that they make up less than 10% of your total diet.

If you really want to be healthy, you must make a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not just go on a temporary diet. You want to be healthy your whole life right?

The reality is that making a change this drastic takes enormous will power for most of us, unless our condition is so intolerable that we must make a change. Hopefully you are not yet at that stage and are willing to discipline yourself to make changes now to benefit you for the rest of your life.
